Prevention without judgment

Consensual adult connections and health protection go together. Whether you browse as a guest or publish as a model, you deserve clear information and zero stigma.

  • Use condoms correctly for every sexual contact when there is exchange of fluids.
  • Do not share needles, syringes or drug equipment.
  • PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) may be appropriate for some people — ask a doctor or specialised centre; it is not a substitute for other precautions.
  • PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) after a possible risk must start as soon as possible, ideally within 72 hours — seek urgent medical advice.

Testing and treatment

Knowing your status is a personal act of care for you and your partners. Modern treatment allows people with HIV to live fully and, when the virus is undetectable, not transmit it sexually (U=U — undetectable equals untransmittable).

  • Get an HIV test at least once if you have never been tested, and regularly if you have new partners or risk exposure.
  • In Argentina you can request confidential testing at public hospitals, primary care centres (CAPS), ANRS programmes and many private clinics.
  • If the result is reactive, follow up immediately with a health professional — early treatment improves quality of life.
